Support With Computer Problems

INITIAL DIAGNOSIS - We will have an initial discussion on the phone about the problems that you have having and possible causes. I will then visit you to take a look at your computer, confirm the problems and how they will need to be resolved. This will include how long this will take and the fees. I will provide a detailed diagnosis report for you to keep.

WHERE WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT - The work can be carried out on site / at your home or at my office (if it is a small machine such as a laptop and this is more convenient for you). This depends on the issue though ( for example internet connectivity issues may require checking of your modem connection).

1) Virus / Spyware Infection - removal and provision of free protection for the future

2) Poor Performance - Your computer is running quite slowly and crashes a lot.

3) Installation Of New Hardware / Software / Software Upgrades - If you have for example, bought a new printer or webcam and need help installing it - getting it working. Also, if you want to upgrade your Windows Operarting System or other software.

4) Sourcing and Purchase of New Equipment - Finding a good deal when purchasing a new computer is vital and can save you literally hundred's of pounds over buying a PC in a shop. I can do some of this leg work for you and it is likely that you will save a significant amount in excess of my fees, for larger purchases.
