Support With Computer Problems

INITIAL DIAGNOSIS - We will have an initial discussion on the phone about the problems that you have having and possible causes. I will then make arrangements with you to take a look at your computer and confirm the problems and how they will need to be resolved. This will include how long this will take and the fees.

WHERE WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT - The work can be carried out on site / at your home or at my office (if it is a small machine such as a laptop and this is more convenient for you). This depends on the issue though ( for example internet connectivity issues may require checking of your modem connection).

1) Virus / Spyware Infection - removal and provision of free protection for the future

2) Poor Performance - Your computer is running quite slowly and crashes a lot.

3) Installation Of New Hardware / Software / Software Upgrades - If you have for example, bought a new printer or webcam and need help installing it - getting it working. Also, if you want to upgrade your Windows Operarting System or other software.

4) Sourcing and Purchase of New Equipment - Finding a good deal when purchasing a new computer is vital and can save you literally hundred's of pounds over buying a PC in a shop. I can do some of this leg work for you and it is likely that you will save a significant amount in excess of my fees, for larger purchases.
