Fees and Charges

My aim with charges is to keep it simple and very competitive.

DIAGNOSIS - Any initial diagnosis over the phone or based on email discussions will not be chargable.

SUPPORT - £10.00 per hour, regardless of the type of work. Once I have diagnosed the problem, I will give you an estimate of the cost, based on the time needed to fix it. I won't do any additional work incurring any additional charges above those agreed, without your express permission.

TRAINING - £20.00 per 1 hour, regardless of the type of training. In addition, I would spend approx. 15 mins at the start of each training session, reviewing what was covered on the previous one. Training manuals containing the main learning points are provided. There is no additional charge for time spent on learning reviews and for training manuals.

TRAINING WORKSHOPS & PERONALISED TRAINING SESSIONS - The same £20.00 per hour fee applies.

OTHER POINTS (Concerning Support and Troubleshooting Technical Problems) - If I find evidence of any possible future problems, I will provide you with a short report outlining my findings -. This would be for your information only and will also be free of charge.

TRAVEL COSTS - I will not normally charge travel costs. However, if I need to travel too far outside the North / Mid Dartmoor area to reach you, I may need to charge travel / parking costs. I will agree these charges with you, before taking on the work.
